an invitation to join Brightwheel, our app for communication and enrollment forms.

a link for a google form in which you'll indicate your desired enrollment days/pickup times.

Step 2: After you set up your Brightwheel account, you'll be asked to complete the Summer Enrollment Contract, Child Information Form, and submit a non-refundable $250 deposit.
Step 3: Once we confirm that your desired enrollment days are available (dependent on capacity and staffing limitations) then we will release the rest of the paperwork which includes a physical and immunization record. These forms are due prior to your child's first day at camp as will be the tuition, which is paid in full at the beginning of camp on June 29, 2026.
What is a day like at CPP's Summer Program?
At 8:00 a.m., our year-round teachers warmly greet children as they enter our vibrant yard, brimming with an array of engaging activities and explorations. From the sandbox and water table to building blocks and our enchanting hut, there's something for every curious mind.

After the morning fun, we gather for a delightful snack time, which we often enjoy in the form of a picnic under a shady tree. Then, it's onto captivating stories, followed by discovery activities and movement and melodies, all fostering learning and creativity until the 12:30 pm pick-up time.
​
For those opting for our extended day program, the enriching journey continues as the children enjoy their scrumptious home-packed lunch with their teachers by their side. This is followed by serene moments of quiet activities and rest. As the day progresses, there's ample opportunity for more joyful play until the 4:30 pm pick-up.

What are the DATES of the Summer Program?
The 2026 program will open June 29, 2026 and conclude on August 21st. Stay tuned for Summer 2027 details in the spring!

Do I have to sign my child up for the entire summer?
No! We offer one of the most flexible schedules available, with only a two week minimum enrollment. However, we strongly encourage you to send your children for 5 days to start so the child can get acclimated.

What are the TIMES of the Summer Program?
Our regular day program runs from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm. We also offer an Extended Day program from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Are snacks and lunch included?
Lunch and snack is not included.

I heard you are a cooperative preschool, do I have to do any parent co-op job for the summer program?
No, during the summer there are no parent responsibilities for the cooperative.

Does my child have to be a student at CPP to attend the summer program?
No, all 3-5 year olds are welcome!

When do you start enrolling for the summer program?
We start our summer enrollment in early spring, check back here for updates! Submit your form as soon as possible for the most availability for your preferred dates.

What are your policies around absences, changing my dates, etc?
Our policies are included in the contract you will be asked to sign when enrolling your child. You can email us to see this information ahead of enrollment, or you can request a Brightwheel account and as we set you up you can read the contract at that point before committing or paying your deposit.

Why the $250 deposit?
To hold your spot in the summer program. While this fee is non-refundable, it will be applied to your total tuition bill for the summer which must be paid in full at the start of the program.
